TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP REGISTRATION- The following application is for Transferring a AMTC Registered dog into your name. To transfer ownership into your name you must First, transfer the dog into your name by submitting the online application below. Second, send the signed Original Registration Certificate to AMTR:
