AFFILIATE DOG REGISTRATION - The following application is for Foreign Dog Registration Membership: Foreign undocumented dogs, and dogs that are already registered with a AMTC-Recognized foreign registry. Requests are processed in the order they are received, and you will receive a email confirmation once your request has been processed.  All requests for registration with AMTC are done by way of  paper application.
